Forward-looking statements typically are identified by the use of terms such as “may,” “will,” “should,” “believe,” “might,” “expect,” “anticipate,” “intend,” “plan,” “estimate” and similar words, although some forward-looking statements are expressed differently. Although we believe that the expectations reflected in such forward-looking statements are reasonable, these statements are not guarantees of future performance and involve certain risks and uncertainties that are difficult to predict and which may cause actual outcomes and results to differ materially from what is expressed or forecasted in such forward-looking statements. These forward-looking statements speak only as of the date on which they are made and except as required by law, we undertake no obligation to publicly release the results of any revision or update of these forward-looking statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise. If we do update or correct one or more forward-looking statements, you should not conclude that we will make additional updates or corrections with respect thereto or with respect to other forward-looking statements. Factors that could cause actual results to differ from expectations include risks associated with product discovery and development as well as risks detailed from time to time in CohBar’s public disclosure filings with the SEC, including its most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K and any subsequent Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q. Copies of CohBar's public disclosure filings are available on this website or through the SEC's website at http://www.sec.gov.
